Here at YGAP we always welcome the involvement of new volunteers.
If you would like to be a part of this dynamic organisation and join us in fighting global poverty, we would be delighted to hear from you.
“My trip to Africa was a whirlwind of adventure and memorable experiences… to say the least. We moved from project to project, adventure to adventure over, and succeeded in paving the path for YGAP’s first big milestone. What started out as merely an idea, suddenly turned into an open field of exciting experiences and opportunities that positively touched the lives of people we had never met before. Thus securing beautiful relationships that will last a lifetime. By far the most liberating experience was watching our voices, thoughts, plans and conversations turn into reality. I watched my efforts and those of my friends at YGAP, turn into tangible successful results. All of the things we experienced in Africa, from the physical labour to adapting to a new culture, as well as our interaction with young and vulnerable children; not to mention all of the smiles and laughter along the way, changed me as a person and shaped my personal views in the most positive way possible.”
